Perfect for big groups (and getting ready for events) with four King Bedrooms, a bunk room (two twins), three full bathrooms and a half bathroom, Gourmet kitchen, two living areas (one with sleeper sofa), a study, reading nook, a private screened porch, hot tub, backyard regulation bocce ball court, gas grill, fire pit, and high speed WiFi throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee using either a Keurig or a regular drip coffee maker - all guests are provided regular coffee, creamer, and sugar. All this situated on a large private lot, backing up to greenbelt and Town Creek.

Fredericksburg is a small town, but it’s a Texas town and "Main Street" spans several blocks. However, 90% of bars, galleries, shops, tasting rooms, restaurants, and festivals are between Crockett Street & Washington. You can drink beer/wine in public downtown so don't worry about grabbing a beer while you walk around town.
Don't J-walk or make U-turns on Main Street. It's dangerous and they'll write you a ticket (or warning). Wait for the crosswalk to turn white.
